Alaffia lotion and deodorant review *Fist bump*

Hey lovelies, how are y’all doing on this fine day? I’m doing pretty well! I hope you guys are doing great!

Today I am back with my first real review! I wrote a letter to Alaffia asking if they had anything that they could send me to review on my blog and one day, when I was sick and laying on the couch, my dad got home from the post office and I had got a package! At first, I didn’t know who the box was from but once opening it, I remembered that I had written to them a month or so ago! I was so very pleased and thankful to get a box from them and I couldn’t wait to review the products they sent to me!

Check out their website: here

***These products were sent to me for free to honestly review and I am not receiving any money for reviewing them

Everything I received!

They sent me a HUGEEEE thing of lotion, a stick of deodorant, a card, pin, temporary tattoos and a charm! I was so excited to receive this in the mail and I was honestly amazed by how much they sent me 🙂

Let’s start off with the lotion! At first, I wasn’t planning on using it as I’m not a big lotion user and I was going to have my sister review it but I decided that since they sent it to me, I would review it 😉 My mom and sister also gave their thoughts so I’ll mention those. My overall rating: 7/10 My thoughts: At first I was a little thrown off by the scent because the scent is passion fruit and to me, it smells like some vitamins that I took as a kid. My mom smelled it though and she said that she thought it smelled like passion fruit. My thoughts on the actual lotion are pretty good, the lotion is a little water-y feeling but once you rub it in, the water-y feeling goes away. I have a really dry face so I rubbed this lotion on it everyday for about a week or so and my face stopped being so dry. My sister used the lotion for a week and she thought that it worked well for hydrating her hands. My mom also used the lotion once when her hands were extremely chapped and she thought that it worked really well. The ingredients are also really good and natural, so that was pleasing to hear because natural is always good!

The deodorant sadly didn’t work for me, but a lot of natural deodorants don’t. So I don’t have much to say about this. Let me know if you’ve ever tried this deodorant and how it worked for you?!

Last but not least, I wanted to point out that Alaffia funds/donates/supports a lot of awesome things, and they have some awesome products that you should definitely try out! A big thanks to Alaffia for sending me some products to review, I am super thankful!

And that is all for this post! Have you ever tried any Alafia products? Did you like them? How did your week go? Talk to me in the comments, I’d love to hear from you! Thanks for reading! ❤️

xx, Jasmin

  1. I have never tried any of their products but they look like a really great company. That is so awesome you got to do this review. 🙂 I use all natural deodorants and they work for me although I think it depends on the brand you get. I love that their company donates to people and students. 😀
    *hugs!
