Hey lovelies! How are y’all?? I’m grand 🙂 Um so I haven’t posted in foreverrrr but I have exciting news, I went on a road trip to Utah! I’ve always thought Utah looked like a really cool place and so while looking for a destination for a family road trip, I suggested Utah and my parents agreed! I also knocked a couple other states of my list of states I wanted to visit so that was thrilling 🙂
We went to Idaho, Utah, Nevada and even Arizona! AZ was wonderful, I was there for about 2 whole minutes while I took a picture with the state sign and then we turned around and drove over the state line haha! But I got to cross it off my list and now I can say I’ve been there 🤩 Anyways, I might add a little bit of commentary along with these pictures but I’ve got two batches of clothes to fold so I just wanted to hop on and do a little photo journal of my trip!
**All photos taken on my iPhone 11 and edited with free vsco filters or Lightroom presets 🙂
ALSO: saddest thing ever for my little photographer heart. I dropped my phone in Utah right as we were getting into Idaho and my phone camera broke 😭 Now all my photos in direct sunlight with the back camera have a huge glare. Quite sad. Hopefully I can get it fixed soon and its not too expensive 🤞🏼
all these pictures above were taken in Idaho except for the cartwheel one, that one was from the bonneville salt flats 🙂 Btw, highly recommend the salt flats if you like taking pictures, it was SO pretty!
of course I had to get coffee in Utah haha 😉 Not a ton of coffee shops though which was quite sad but I tried swig which was pretty good!
Anyways, that’s all for this post! I’ve got a super fun collab coming up, ft. some really cool socks I’m excited to show you guys 🤭 Also, i’m now addicted to funky socks, they’re the best haha!

Ooh, so glad you’re back! These photos are stunning. You’re making me so excited for travel opportunities at the end of this year or beginning of the next! A long long trip is in order for sure. I’m thinking I’ll go around Europe with family and visit Malta, my home country, but I have always wanted to see the States. You have the most picturesque national parks! Nothing beats road trip life. I honestly love the colours and saturation in these pictures. So dreamy, kind of a film camera feel! x

Heeeeeyyyyy… She’s back! Sweet pictures! Photography is pretty awesome IMO, so this was super cool to see. I just got back from traveling, which is why I’m late to comment. My favorite picture is probably #1.

trying new coffee places when you’re on the road is a serious hobby in and of itself :’) i love itttt. i’ve actually only been to arizona (and reside in california), oopsie. might actually make it out to iowa this year though! and eventually, i’d like to move to one of the southern states x

Honestly!! it’s a wonderful hobby though, trying coffee is always fun for me 🤩 Ohhh which do you like better, cali or AZ?? both sound lovely! Ahh i hope you make it to Iowa, it sounds awesomee from what i’ve heard 💗🌸

still california bc there’s so much here–sea, mountains, forests–so beaut! iowa sounds a bit flat and boring tbh but i think it’ll be fun to see all of the CORN haha

Haha, I’ve done that before – driven just into a state and added it to my “visited states” list! So cool that it was AZ! I was born there and it is LOVELY!

oops sorry, I didn’t see the questions at the end! My favourite would be the salt flats cartwheel one, 2nd coffee one and also the first photo in the last collage, the view up through the rocks. ^-^
I have been to only one country other than India. Uae. But I was a baby then, so I don’t remember anything. There are some photos but I can’t recall anything. My sis says she spent the best of her life there. If you ask me my fav state, idk. There are many I would like to visit. I haven’t seen much of India either. Haven’t been on a road trip. Maybe in Dubai but I can’t recall.

I took a couple road trips as a baby too, but don’t remember any thing! Hopefully you can travel soon if that’s your desire! i love travelling, def want to mark more states off my bucket list next yr! 🌸

I believe we get to make so many memories and meet people through traveling so I would totally love too. But I hope my body agrees huhu. I get dizzy and nauseous if I am in a vehicle like car for long.

i agree! it’s truly a magical experience 🤍 and yes, i get carsick sometimes too, thankfully the trip wasn’t bad but some of my siblings did feel sick 😦 Okk, i’m sure i will post more photography if i do end up traveling more! 🤍

JASMIN WHAT ARE THESE PHOTOS. THEY’RE SO GOOD!! Literally in love with them and Utah seems very awesome now. You’re also making me consider getting an iPhone 11 now because my phone camera has become terrible all of a sudden. Quite sad about the broken camera lense but after i fix it i’m definitely getting some tempered glass lense protectors 😂 oh my word i’ve been sooo busy! aside from this trip i started another year of school, and i’m working on finding a job! applying at a pumpkin patch this friday 🤞🏼 rlly hoping i get the job because i haven’t been able to be hired anywhere else 😦 How has ur life been?? 🌸💓

I’m back at school now obviously and the work is annoying but I’m so happy to finally be back with my friends after more than a year 🥲 Plus I get to play the electric guitar in music class which I’ve wanted to do for AGES so that’s something to always look forward to ☺️ How’s school going?
