Hey y’all! How are you guys? I’m good 🙂 Looking at the comments on my last post, it seemed like you guys might enjoy another “Quarantine crafts with Jasmin”! Don’t worry, the watercolor one will be next ;)) So anyways, these cookies are a favorite in our house, and they’re SUPER easy to make! And a big plus, they’re gluten free! So I can eat them! Yay! So, here is the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon corn syrup (we skip this because my mom figures it is unhealthy and they turn out great still!)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 lb. chocolate chips
  • 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 lb. M&Ms

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on a un-greased cookie sheet. Enjoy!

Bake for ten-twelve minutes
enjoy!

And that is all! I hope you enjoyed and I definitely recommend making these, they’re super good! Have a wonderful Monday and I will try and post soon! Stay safe 💕
