RNTBoutiques collab and gift ideas!!

Hello lovelies!! How are you doing today?

I’m very very excited for this collab and I’m sure you’ll be able to understand! I recently worked with one of the sweetest shop owners I’ve ever met, and that happens to be Lina Tran, who runs her etsy shop, RNTBoutiques! Lina was so fun to work with and really put a lot of effort into my package ๐Ÿฅฐ She was so so thoughtful and opening the box from her felt like getting a present from a friend! She so kindly read my blog and found out I loved cow print and the color blue and then she decided to make that the theme of my box and let me tell you, I ADORE it all!

RNTBoutiques would be the perfect shop to shop at right now coming up to the holiday season as Lina has so many different products available! She has hair clips which are super popular right now, along with some of the cutest fun socks I’ve seen ๐Ÿคฉ She has adorable clay jewelry, phone cases, stickers, scrunchies and so much more. Shopping small is something I’m passionate about as I think it’s just so much better to support and I love helping out the small shop owners! If you see something you love or something you think someone you know may love on the RNTBoutiques shop, I highly encourage you to buy it and bless Lina’s day! I’m sure all orders make her happy ๐Ÿ™‚

Let me show you some fun pictures now! I love how these photos turned out, I took them all on a DSLR and edited them with a free vsco filter โค

I absolutely adore these flower claw clips! They work surprisingly well on thick hair and they’re a creative twist on the claw clips everyone is wearing now a days! I also LOVE the colors of them, they’re beautiful! These would work greta as stocking stuffers or as an addition to a gift basket for a friend.

LOOK HOW CUTE!!! The strawberry and blueberry cows have my heart and the aesthetics of the whale and butterfly?! I can’t ๐Ÿฅฐ

When Lina messaged me and asked if my ears were pierced I was thrilleddd! The jewelry on her site is all so cute and the pieces she sent me do not disappoint! I can’t even express how much I love the daisy earrings, I’ve been wanting some earrings like this and The clay earrings are so intricately designed ๐Ÿคฉ These are a wonderful gift for any earring lover.

As it says on the description of the shop, Lina loves sending extras in her orders! On purchases of $50 and above, you get one of these adorable little suitcases along with other extras ๐ŸŽ‰ She sent some scrunchies to me and they matched perfectly with the blue and cow print theme!

SO CUTE ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿ’™

AHHH I love these socks!! They’re so cozy and cute to pair with some black leggings and an oversized t-shirt or sweater!

and to finish it off, a cute, sweet note from Lina!

Once again, thank you so so much Lina for being willing to send me these products and for being so kind and thoughtful! This was such fun post and collab and I hope we can collab again โค I appreciate it so much!

That’s all I’ve got for today guys!! What’d you think?? What was your favorite product from this post?! Whats on your Christmas wishlist?

xx, Jasmin

Hey lovelies!! It’s me, Jasmin, and I’m back with another fun collab! These kind of posts are my favs because it gets my name out on other platforms and I get to help another small creators/shops grow! With the Holiday season coming up, these collaborations with Etsy shop owners are wonderful and I hope this post or one of my ones in the near future helps you find the perfect gift to give a loved one in your life!

Ok, to the point of this post after my little ramble! Amber, one of the sweetest ladies out there, agreed to send me some of her lovely socks off her Etsy shop and I can not even begin to explain how thrilled I was! When someone agrees to collaborate with me it always makes my day and this time was no different! Amber’s shop, the ToBeNamedStudio has some of the cutest funky socks out there. Recently I became obsessed with odd socks. I mean, what’s not to like? Socks are a fun thing to be creative with because if you’re a little shy like me, you can cover them up with your jeans or wear ’em loud and proud out in the open, how I prefer to ๐Ÿ˜ I love wearing crazy socks with my birks, hey dudes and honestly any shoes haha! Amber’s shop also has some of the cutest earrings that I may just have to order in the near future! Her customer service was excellent and she was so so kind and thoughtful in how she went about this collaboration! I’ll link the two pairs of socks she sent me at the end of this post but first lets look at some pictures!!

**All photos taken by yours truly, edited on Lightroom and the socks are modeled by my dear friend “S”. You know who u are and thank you for being such a willing foot model! You’re da best <33 Also ty other “S” for hand modeling, it could be a lovely career option for you :))

First off, we have this lovely pair! These socks are so cute and they remind me of peaches and the moon, idk man haha ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ They look so so cute worn with birks and they’re such good quality! They keep your toes nice and warm ๐Ÿฅฐ

The effort these photos took is insane. We were supporting, shaking, holding strong, pushing up and sliding off. But they turned out so cool!

beautiful aren’t they??

Next pair:

THESE ARE MY FAVS ๐Ÿฅฐ I love them so much, the color is so fun, the design is the cutest and I love how the toes are green and the heel is orange. Also quality 100/100 ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

SO CUTEEE ๐Ÿฅฐ

And that’s all I’ve got??!! What’d you think of the photography? I hope you liked it haha, I wasn’t so confident in my foot photographing skills but I’m super happy with how these turned out!

magic and cozy scrunchie review *slips scrunchies onto my wrist*

Hey friends! How are you doing? Today I’m back with a really cute post that I’m super excited for!! A month or so ago I reached out to Hannah from Magic and Cozy scrunchies on insta and she kindly sent me some of her lovely scrunchies to try out and take some pictures of. I had a ton of fun taking and editing the pictures and I’m so excited to show you guys! So to start off this post, here are the links to Hannah’s instagram and Etsy ๐Ÿคฉ

Okay, onto the pictures!!

Aren’t these the cutest!?! I love how scrunched these scrunchies are and the pastel colors are my favorites ๐Ÿคฉ They’re so summery! This set is called the summer pastels handmade fluffy scrunchies and it certainly lives up to it’s name, these scrunchies are HUGGEEEE. I have really thick hair so these are perfect for me as some normal scrunchies can look small and kind of drown in my hair when I put it up but I love how these scrunchies stand out.

OH LOOK A CODE!!!

okayyy, what’d you think of my pictures?? I hope you love them as much as I do and pleaseee check out this shop, you won’t regret it! These scrunchies are the perfect summer accessory to dress up a plain t-shirt and some jean cut offs and they’ll look perfect in those summery instagram pictures โค

well, I hope you enjoyed! Thank you so much for reading, please leave a comment down below, I’d love to chat!!

Mug review and my favorite hot cocoa recipe! *cue the Christmas tunes and posts*

Hello! How are you doing today? I hope your doing amazing, and guys: guess what?! It’s officially socially acceptable to start celebrating Christmas!! I may or may not have been celebrating Christmas since the beginning of November, I’ll let you decide what to believe ๐Ÿ˜‰ In my opinion, Christmas only comes once a year and its the best holiday so why not go all out?

Today I’m back with a super fun and exciting post, and it’s also special because its my first Christmas post of 2020! I know your reader is probably full of Christmas posts so if you’re reading this, thank you very much, I appreciate it โค

The wonderful Shellea from shelleaandscout over on Etsy kindly agreed to send me a mug in exchange for a blog post and man am I excited for this post! I chose a Christmas mug with this post in mind and the mug Shellea sent me was PERFECT! She sent me the Merry Christmas mug, which is one of my favorites from her shop. Check it out here!

The mug is the perfect size in my opinion and is so fun to drink hot cocoa out of. It’s this really festive red color and says Merry Christmas with some cute little stars around it. The design is made of permanent vinyl so it is completely dishwasher safe although Shellea recommends hand washing so it holds up longer. My mug was put in the dishwasher (unknown to me) on the top rack and held up wonderfully, without any of the vinyl starting to peel or anything!

Next, let’s move on to the cocoa recipe! This cocoa recipe is my family favorite, with it being passed around from one of my cousins and now its a family tradition to make for Christmas movie nights! This recipe originally comes from a Taste of Home magazine, published in 2008 but it’s been altered a little by my family and cousins ๐Ÿ™‚

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tsp almond extract
  • marshmallows and whipped cream (optional)

The recipe:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • marshmallows and whipped cream (optional)

Heat milk, water, and vanilla and almond extracts in a medium sized pot. Add in other ingredients, mix it up, and let warm until your desired heat! Top with whipped cream and marshmallows and enjoy!

Next, I poured my hot cocoa into my lovely mug and I took some adorable Christmas photos that I’m quite happy with ๐Ÿฅฐ Here are my favorites!

*These photos are edited with a filter so this is not the true color of the mug, the actual color is brighter. You can see the true color in Shelleas picture on her shop.
So very Christmas-y!!

Ahhh I love those photos! So Christmas-y and they definitely help me get into the spirit โค Overall, I give this mug a 10/10. I don’t have any complaints and I adore it for drinking my cocoa out of! It also works really well for taking super cute Christmas photos! A huge thank you to Shellea for sending me this mug, I appreciate it so much! Make sure to check out her shop, her mugs are priced super reasonably and I highly recommend.

Thats all for today! I hope you enjoyed this post, I sure enjoyed writing it for y’all! How are you preparing for Christmas if you celebrate it? If you don’t celebrate Christmas what are some fun things happening in your life soon? Do you call it hot cocoa or hot chocolate? Do you have a Christmas mug? I recommend buying one from Shellea if you don’t ๐Ÿ˜‰
